Usually be very good, but after 6pm do not answer the phone so could not find out if my prescription for pain killers was there for my carer to pick up .

Friendly staff, especially Rhonda and always have a smile. Never wait too long with my 7 month old in tow, small pharmacy so sometimes they get an influx in people and because there are not many staff due to the size can be a bit of a wait but the staff do all they can to speed everything up.

I'm usually waiting 25 minutes for my meds. Last time I was in there, I had paid, got home, and it was the wrong prescription, I took it back and asked them for the correct medication on my prescription, and they refused to change it. I was left with tablets that were not mine, and minus my own prescription!! I advise everyone to check their medication before leaving the pharmacy.

I arrived at the pharmacy at 6.55 p.m......just before closing. The Pharmacist was very pleasant and informative. I felt I was given good advice and she gave me confidence in her diagnosis. It felt the experience was as good as if I had gone to the GP....if I had been able to get an appointment that is!
