Not a warm welcome here. It started with a misunderstanding with the very arrogant, unkind and authoritarian customs. Apparently he wanted us to pull over pointing with his finger but without making any eye-contact. Than he told us in a rude manner that we had to pay CHF40,- (by the way to drive 10km to the place we stay for 1 night in Lutry because tomorrow we leave Switzerland again). An unpleasant and expensive impression of this country that apparently has little to do with Europe. Be happy with the CHF40,- but is it so hard to be friendly?!

Very professional approach when getting the papers in order for re-importing my “bought-in-Switzerland-but-exported-to-Germany-to-be-reimported-to-Switzerland “ situation. Apprentice was entering everything in the system but more then happy to give him such an “out of the ordinary” situation to deal with. Took a bit of time, but was understandable under the situation. Very good, friendly and helpful staff.

Went through here on a bus from Geneva to Tignes and back. It looked quite nice and we just went straight through both times.

Be very careful, these guys give you incomplete information about vehicle importation and they are not aware of cantonal laws. So just double check their infos or it can have a very unpleasant experience.

We arrived at 12 PM (night) with a baby in the car. A very clever swiss policeman told us we had to go 40km away in order to go in without the toll sticker... We trust him (because he is suposed to serve people) and next day we discover he cheat us because at 200m in staright line we had another entry via a normal road... This is swiss police officer behaviour... No trust for them anymore...

Working on the Swiss side office you will find the most unfriendly and rude people you've ever seen. I swear.

Les douanes suisses nous ont demandé de payer 40 / voiture pour pouvoir rouler en Suisse avec leur vignette . Nous avons donc fait demi-tour en passant par Annemasse et c'était gratuit. Je me demande ils sont où les notre , on devrait faire la même chose que eux. C'est complètement nul.

A fronteira fecha. As 22:00 e abre as 5:00 da manhã se chegar depois das 22:00 já não consegue tirar o cartão o funcionário da garita vai se embora e só vem as 5:00 da manhã se descer vazio por bardonnex estaciona no parque e vem a pé ao lado da suisa na mesma garita que fez o cartão e a máquina dos kms e entregar o papel dos kms para carimbar.
