When I can actually get to see a doctor I find them welcoming and helpful, however I rang 100 times in 30 minutes this morning and constantly got the engaged tone. Why can I not be put in a queue with a message telling me of my position in the queue so I can decide whether to hold or try later? Also when I do get through why can the receptionist not make me an appointment for a later date? They just say 'there are no appointments left today, ring back at 8.30 tomorrow'. As highlighted above, I can't get through when I ring in the morning. I sometimes want an appointment for next week when I know I am not working and I cannot get one. Another point is that I have twice requested access to my medical records on the My GP app. but have yet to be sent the necessary forms to sign. This is a good practice but is let down by the difficulty in actually getting to see a doctor.

Great doctors, really helpful and nice staff.
Doctors have no bed side manner and made the problems far worse by simply refusing to listen and talking over important information.

Apologies - Second review. Worst service and no care from particular agent I spoke to on the Telephone. No resolutions offered - Computer says no. No personality. Again they seemed stressed. 110 Calls to get through and then on hold for 10 minutes. If you are after care, efficiently do not use these doctors.
