Visited Tile Giant Crawley yesterday (18 Feb 21) to buy a few tiles and to try to colour match grouting from a photo - never easy. However, the 2 ladies on duty were tripping over themselves to be helpful and were able to exactly identify the grouting shade via an old invoice I had. I highly recommend this superb tile store and sincerely thank the ladies for their assistance - hugely appreciated.

Absolutely fantastic service from Sandra and the team. Great customer service, very professional with a very friendly touch. This was to be my first job tiling and had lots of questions which the team had no problem at all answering. The advice was great and the guys were very very helpfull, bought everything I needed from the shop and the work has come out really good so far. Wouldn't go anywhere else from now on. My partner visited the store today to return some spare tiles. Every time we've visited or spoken to the staff on the phone, they have always been very friendly and helpful, particularly the lady who I dealt with this morning. This store is great value for money and we would definitely recommend!
Absolutely brilliant service from these guys - especially Sandra!! They kept me updated on my order at all times & Sandra even managed to source me some extra tiles from another branch that I needed but were out of stock in branch & online - lifesaver!! Thank you all for your help
Fantastic service from Sandra. She dealt with our last minute decisions and organised all the delivery very well. We bought some great quality tiles to put on the floor and wall. Now our kitchen is starting to take shape!
