Live up a narrow lane, discovered land rover delivery warrants a 200 surcharge. We used to have a baby tanker. They said no baby tanker can't get there. Had a really unpleasant phone call. Phoned up Tate's in Otley. Explained our location , they sent a baby tanker, no issues.
Craggs provide an outstanding level of service. They are friendly, efficient, competitive and professional. I'd definitely recommend them.
