I am appalled by this place. During pandemic they threatening me with not issuing the pill and asking to see the doctor first !! It is my right in the UK to receive prescription for the pill. Last year when I couldn't even talk and needed antibiotics, they gave me a throat spray. Now when I need the pill they refusing to prescribe it and threatening that I need to see the doctor while there is nothing wrong with me and they could rather spent time for a person that actually needs help. I am a key worker as well, what if I am carrying Corona virus and am unaware of it? All the staff would fall out with Corona. These people aren't right in the head there
