Very happy with the shops service, always got wot i need when i go in i bought an electric bike of them almost two years ago now. it' was a westhill trail bike. Wow for the money its is an excellent machine, have used it almost every day of the year for work and leisure riding, it has always performed like a new bike Wright up to this present day, only took it in once to have the brakes adjusted, was done in a jiffy and i was back out on the road for the rest of last year and into this one. Excellent staff, friendly and helpful. Always my first go to bike shop. Fosile road branch Coventry.

One of the friendliest, most dedicated workers I've seen. I usually do tyres by myself, but this time it was a hard job. After several hours trying to fix the tyre and failing, I came to this shop to try and get someone else to help me. since I walked in to the shop the staff were very friendly and offered help even though they could see that the job require a lot of time and effort. They charged me a very fair price for the effort they have done. 10/10 highly recommended.
