Cloud9 have looked after two properties for me since 2012 and 2021, respectively, and I've always been delighted with their service. They are efficient, hardworking and courteous and always respond immediately to any queries I may have. Best of all, whenever a tenant has moved out, they have found a replacement very quickly, so neither of my flats has ever been empty for more than a few days. All in all, I couldn't be happier with them and would heartily recommend them to any landlord.

I recently worked with Joe at Cloud 9 Lettings. I found him incredibly responsive and fast to act. We listed four properties with him just before the New Year and they were all leased by mid January despite all the issues with the pandemic. I found his guidance on pricing well backed up and fair. Selling in the midst of Brexit and then Corona, the team at Jonathan & Elliot were unflappably consistent and efficient. A bright light among the dark seas of agencies and new confusing regs - and as the world splutters to an inglorious end, I'd trust no-one else with liquidation and selling up, and I was pleased to have been proven right.
I rented from Cloud9 for 1 year in that time they have been very good always resolve any maintenance. I once had a leak in the middle of the night I think it was a pipe burst someone came to the house in the hour and stopped the leak then came next day to fix the problem. Very good staff and very good compared to some really bad agents in Coventry anyone wanting to rent go to these people.
