Nice place to take the kids to and enjoy the outdoor and wildlife. Great birds watching too. There's an accessible path for less able customers. You'll be welcome by friendly and knowledgeable staff in the shop and the tearoom cater for everyone. Highly recommend it.

Lovely. Price is 3.50 for adults. Didn't have to book. Nice walk. They have birdwatching hides so bring binoculars if you have them.

If you love nature you must visit. It's a large site with lots of areas to explore - lakes/ponds/marshland/fields. Some parts aren't signed and at times you might feel you've wandered off the beaten track a bit as it gets a bit boggy and overgrown in places (bit like wild walking). Sensible shoes required! In the summer definitely have insect repellent on. There are a number of bird hides in various locations. Plenty for little ones to do around the visitors centre. Nice little cafe with views to the bird feeders. At just a few pounds each this is great value for money. Dogs are not allowed to this site. Free parking available.
