Chris was the only supplier who went out of his way to give us a bespoke design as per our requirements and the finished product matched our expectations...........and they were the best value for money. The standard of service and the quality of the product have both been outstanding. Chris and Helen responded to our enquiries immediately and site visits were swiftly arranged and on time. Chris's visits to estimate, survey and fit were a pleasure - his knowledge and expertise are very impressive. The finished roof sails look fabulous and the whole project was completed on time an on budget. I cannot recommend County Shades highly enough.

After last year's hot summer we decided that an awning was essential in reducing the amount of direct sunlight into our lounge but also in creating a shady spot in which to enjoy the garden. Having contacted County Shades, via a Google search, Chris was quick to visit us soon after and was very helpful in explaining the Weinor product range and in deciding the best option and dimensions for our requirements. He was particularly helpful in guiding us in the colour selection of both blind and cassette, from Weinor's extensive range, to complement the colours in the brickwork of the house and external decoration. Having confirmed dimensions and awning colours back to us, Helen worked with us to find a convenient time for the installation. The fitters arrived about 4 weeks later and did a very tidy and professional job in installing the awning, taking time to explain its operation and to adjust the height of the awning to its optimum level. Since then, we have enjoyed a good deal of sunshine and have really appreciated the benefits. Thank you for a job well done and for the very personal service.
