Magical place. Don't get lost. Get warm clothes.

Site itself is quite interesting and location is scenic. Admission price is too high considering there are absolutely no explanations about what you are seeing. They provide an “online map” that we couldn’t download as the location has almost no cell phone service. Seems like there are some buildings still in construction that in the future may include more explanations of the convent.

Fantastic location. Very beautiful, u can see the convent building and then go up to the top even climb on to the top of the highest boulder where it's quiet and closest u can get to nature. We then hiked from here to Montserrat which is only about 2 miles away but a beautiful hike through the natural park

Inserted in the Sintra natural park, the Convento dos Capuchos is a place that makes our mind start to imagine the place when it was inhabited. The gardens are something really beautiful. Like many other places in Sintra you can fell the charming.

Wow! I loved our visit here. It was my favorite place in the Sintra area. Take the time to stop. Even though it is not one of the most advertised places, it is quiet, peaceful, beautiful, and interesting. It is fun to squeeze through the small quarters of the monks. It is quite interesting how they used cork throughout as decoration and to make it quiet. This is really a beautiful place. Five stars from me.

Is easy to reach by the car. Good to walk with kid's, they will have a lot of fun in small, labyrinth rooms. Just to relax, when you don't like big tourists spots. But the ticket 7 for an adult , is too much for such small object.

Hidden gem. Really fantastic place of historical interest. Very well preserved and maintained. A nice pace from the hustle and bustle of Sintra.
