Residents clothing constantly being missed placed or lost. Required to put residents name on every single item of clothing but still they are being lost. Other residents clothing being put in the wrong rooms, why do they insist on name tags when they don't even bother looking at them?? As there is only one person in the laundry for 80 plus residents it's no wonder things are in a MESS. Residents In a room all day every day ,a truly boring, cold, lonely place. Mark's out of 10 for food I say a 3 is being generous.
