This is a very busy Pharmacy, it is in a busy supermarket, so I'm not surprised you have to wait a little. The people here are very helpful and friendly. I've never had any problems and pick up my prescription regularly. I've been given advice and they never rush me when I need advice for anything.

I have never seen a pharmacy so badly run and so disorganised. Staff are incredibly slow and most of them are quite rude. Especially one of them, which I had to make an official complaint about as this member of staff was really beyond rude. There is quite often a long queue, which you could be waiting there a good 15 / 20 minutes. Once you ask for prescription and you known its ready and done, they unbag it all and get it checked again, even tho its done so it must be right in the first place. I only come to this pharmacy because its the closest to my house and due to no transport, otherwise I would go else. Don't come to this pharmacy unless you can really help it.
