I had accompanied my wife to test drive cars at Trust Ford Cobham and the experience has left me question whether the dealership adheres to any form of trading standards and understanding of contracts between parties. We had test driven two cars and ended up buying one of them. We also got financing finalised the same day only to be told that someone in their showroom put the car price which we bought wrong (both at the showroom display as well as on the website). They now could not sell the car to us as the contract we entered into is null and void. However, the contract is valid if we pay more money to them. It’s just a joke.

I have just recently purchased a new car through Trust Ford Cobham and the whole process was seamless. After detailing the specification of new car i wanted, Felix was able to source the exact vehicle from their group stock and had it delivered to their showroom, prepped and ready for collection, keys in my hand within a week. The car was reasonably priced,I was kept informed at all stages and after an extremely enthusiastic update video from Oli, i felt like the team were as excited (if not more) for the arrival of my new car. Handover was efficient and professional (even in light of the current pandemic). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Trust Ford Cobham or Felix & Oli for any car purchase and will defiantly be returning as and when i'm ready to change cars again. Thank you
Stay away from them I have purchased a used Ford Focus from them at the price which was displayed in the showroom as well as on the dealer's website. We agreed I would collect the car a day or so later once the financing which was already approved is completed. Just before the financing company paid out the money to them later the same day, I got a call from TrustFord Cobham saying that they will not sell me the car unless I pay 3,000 extra for the car and that the agreement we entered into in the morning was null and void as the price was too low.
I was well looked after. I got a call back when a car came in I liked. It wasn't quite right but the sales person was fine.
