This place is very \snooty\. I'm embarrassed that I suggested the store since my son lives nearby. He was made to feel extremely unwelcome while shopping for a Christmas gift for me. I will never purchase anything from this store because of the way he was treated. Instead please visit Hey Make Do in Pleasant Ridge, Main Street Yarns in Mason, or Silk Road Textiles in College Hill. I have found all these yarn shops to be extremely welcoming even if you aren't a rich Hyde Park socialite.
