Avoid this place - I found the staff to be quite rude and condescending at times not just to me but other older members too, particularly the senior citizens who were referred to as 'little lady' and other similar offensive names. also there were staff who would talk at you, look down on you and during competitions became very childish and stroppy if they weren't winning. On the plus side: ok gym if you just want overall aerobic exercise but very small with extremely limited equipment choice, some really strange rules like 'no using the free weights unless directly supervised' which I found insulting, no showers and no parking at all. You can get a much better deal at Fitness First, the Littledown Centre, Pure Gym, Fit space or 'The Gym' on Westover road.
