Great products as always, i've used them a number of times for my 4/65 Nuffield. Fast delivery and good prices. Some nice new old stock as well.
Ordered a part which arrived faulty and not as described. Ordered a replacement which also came faulty and not as described. Poor customer service and little to no communication from the person I was dealing with unless pushed. Update: Both original orders and return postage have now been refunded (after 3 weeks). I have now received the replacement part (third attempt) which looks in a worse condition than the one I’m replacing it with. The studs have rusted in and I will not be able to remove them (which I shouldn’t have to as the website states it comes with studs fitted). I was contacted by James Charnley and he was very apologetic, offered a credit for my troubles and attempted to replace my order but was unable to do so as their stock was all faulty. Initially very poor but James has restored my faith for now.
