I came here to the Chichester with my boyfriend for a Sunday evening date night. I have to say it was a lovely meal. The staff were very friendly and seemed like they genuinely cared about us. They made sure the food was okay, brought us over new drinks with out even to ask (we had refillable soft drinks). One man very kindly suggested to take a photo of us both. Thee food was amazing, if you do come here make sure you come on an empty stomach as I could not finish mine! The decor and the uniform of this restaurant was incredible, even had country music playing. This is a great place for a child's birthday meal as the birthday person gets a cowboy hat. They have a special ice cream sundae dessert with a sparkler and they come out singing. There was plenty of hand santiser around the restaurant and had masks available if you forgot. They do require you to wear a mask anytime you are not at the table. But felt very safe with all the measures they had in place. What an amazing restaurant!

A really nice size Smith and Western, easy to get too and plenty off parking outside. Staff are excellent and very polite. I would recommend visiting this branch of Smith and Western.
Wow, what a fabulous place to visit. My family and I (6 in total), dined here tonight, and we couldnt fault anything. The service was exceptional, the food was outstanding. The ambience of the whole venue is fantastic, we would thoroughly recommend coming here to eat. My only complaint is they dont have any branches in Essex, our loss but definitely Chichesters gain. Well done to the waiting staff, and a big pat on the back to the kitchen staff for the amazing food..100%
Such a well-decorated restaurant, very authentic and reminds me of some of the restaurants out in the states. Really tasty food, great prices especially the lunch menu. Will come here again and again. (P.S they currently take bookings and we managed to get a table within an hour of ringing up 14/07/2020) you can dine in
Our first visit to the smith and western and I have to say Jane was absolutely incredible!! Such a bubbly character and really made our visit amazing... we can’t wait to see her again when we come back awesome restaurant!!!
