My rating is not reflection of the service advisor who assisted me, Teresa. She was excellent and would rate her as 5 stars. My 1 star review is regarding the staff that are located in the same area as the waiting room. Many of them were not wearing there masks properly and it most cases removed them all together while in their offices with the doors open. The waiting room and sales offices are fairly close together and people are walking around constantly. I did not feel comfortable waiting there. Also, I wiped down the interior of my car once it was done because no one confirmed what sanitary cleanups were done. Not exactly pleased with what I saw...

I recently took delivery of a Ram ordered from the factory via this dealership. Roberto was my salesman, and he did a great job during the ordering process. I wanted to test drive several differently optioned trucks, and he took the time to make that possible. Roberto explained how long I should expect to wait for the truck to be built, and was available via text message the entire time. Overall I was very satisfied.

I moved to Chicago in 2016 and had been coming here so service my Jeep since the. During my last checkup in October, I was told that my front and back brakes were down to one and two percent respectively. They quoted me nearly 1000 for the job. So I decided to shop around for a better price. When my brother in law took a look, the back brakes were worn but the front brakes were BRAND NEW! If I would have trusted them, I would have paid nearly a grand for back brakes and would have been ripped off. Today I had my last oil change under the warranty and I will never ever go back. Once you lose trust and realize the shop that services your vehicle is actively trying to rip you off, there is no going back. I mentioned this to the same service advisor who said the brakes needed replacing his name is Steve. He pretended to be shocked and walked away. That is it. No apology. No investigating what could have happened. No notifying the owner or the manager. I mentioned this as he once again tried to say my radiator fluid was leaking and it would cost over a thousand dollars to repair. I said, excuse me if I simply no longer trust you guys. He said NOTHING! Will certainly share this experience with my family and friends and with whom ever I need to. Never ever trust these people.

My salesman, Felix, was super knowledgeable about the vehicle and was able to answer all of my questions and concerns related to the process of returning my old vehicle and leasing a new one.
