Great place to get quality bedding and house decor. They seem to run out of stock quickly when there are sales. So what you see is what you get. Friendly and informative staff.
Displays were a little disorganised and struggled to find matching items. Went in for new fitted sheets but could not compare the quality with them being scattered around a large area. Staff were very friendly.
I arrived at the old Dunelm near Matalan as I didn't know Dunelm had moved. I had a click & Collect & wanted to look around store, the new Dunelm was easy enough to get to. It's a lot bigger than the old one. Staff friendly & my click & Collect was quickly ready. Felt safe in store.
They advertise click and collects will be ready after an hour. There is no chance that ever happens. Sunday staff obviously don't want to do any work and are happy to be shut in store doing nothing all day disappointing customers after taking thier money. Wait until everyone wants a refund then u won't have jobs.
