We ordered from here by mistake thinking it was somewhere else, the food came surprisingly quick which was nice and the food was some of the best we've had from a pizza takeaway. We had a lamb donor kebab and that was definitely the best along with the pizza being the best. This will definitely replace our local takeaway :) Never left a review before but seeing how nice it was I had to.

If there was an option for a zero that would be the score. Ordered food through just eat never arrived. Called bolsover express and apparently the driver couldn't find the address so cancelled the order without making contact and refused to give a refund. Failed to provide the food and failed to give a refund. Asked to ratify the problem, however spoke with a very rude person that replied \ NOT MY PROBLEM\ Would definitely avoid. Hence them not being on Trust pilot.
Our food turned up very late which isn’t something I’d complain about. I understand these businesses cannot predict the income of orders. To see the pizza boxes crushed up definitely made me think this is not going to be a great meal. Opened our bag to see that they had put a can of pop on top of a box meal containing chicken and fries. It had crushed all the food in the box so that it was practically 1/4 full if that. I’d expect more in a child’s portion. Condensation of putting a cold can onto hot food also didn’t help so that was one meal that couldn’t be eaten. Pizzas all needed heating up as I wouldn’t have even described them as ‘warm’. We selected no onions on one pizza but they had put it on anyway. I’m guessing that we was the last of a multiple delivery drop. No excuses for how poor our meal was though. To top this off I have just called for a gentleman to come onto the phone and speak disgustingly to me saying that I was just after free food and that it’s a busy night so my food was not going to be hot, He told me to go buy a pizza from Morrison’s or Asda next time and don’t order again from the takeaway. When I asked for a refund he said he only would if I picked out all the food from the bin and let a driver collect it and check through the boxes. If any food was missing I wouldn’t get any refund.
Great food family loved it. Only reason for 2 stars is because the delivery guy left the gate open and the family dog got half way down the road (nearly ran off because of the guy left the gate open). Oh and nearly forgot I found a hair in my chips with my burger not happy about that at all
