ABSOLUTEY DISGUSTING COMPANY!!! PLEASE DO NOT USE AS I WILL EXPLAIN. I agreed a 2 year contract with this company which initially was fine and ran for its duration. Had bin collections missed so called to complain and ask when my contract was up.... to be told I have run onto another 36MONTH CONTRACT IM LOCKED INTO without being notified. I called to address the issue to be told its in the terms and conditions. I am now in the process of taking this matter to court. absolutely shocking company please please please do not use. Oh yes I asked the girl how would she feel if this was a mobile phone contract in her name that after your contract expires your automatically locked into another 3/4 year contract.. her reply... Yes but its not a mobile phone contract is it!!!! ABSOLUTE COWBOYS. Steer clear

I suggest that you DO NOT USE this company, they are incompetent and awful to have as a provider.... what a shock to find that many other people have had a similar experience as me and all the google reviews are 1 star. They took my bin incorrectly over a month early, with collections that I had paid for now money wasted, refused to help even with bag collections that I had already paid for, I have no refund, left me in a right mess, with significant costs to sort out the result. Thats of course just the last item after missing collections and changing dates as and when they wanted to pick up.

We signed a contract with ASH but after reading through the terms and conditions and all the details it didn't work out any better than our current provider so we used our 14 day 'cool off period' to inform them we didn't want to go ahead with the contract. 18 months later they are still trying to get money out of us for a renaged contract. Nasty phone calls, threatening letters of legal action. Not nice to have to deal with while trying to run a small business.

Terrible Company. Absolutely no customer service. Terminated our contract because of how terribly they treated us. Had to give 3 months notice for termination. Now, the contract has ended, they've emptied the waste but have not collected the skip for a week. Not responding to our calls or emails at all. Stay away from this company.
