This restaurant is obviously one of the finest place to eat in the region. Anytime I come to this place I am highly happy. They manage their high level service and the topmost level of meals they provide. You will be always satisfied with this place. Very recommended.

Really disappointed with the service we experienced today. Been a visitor of Telford’s for over 10 years now and absolutely love the place. Today however we waited 1.5 hours before we saw any food. In this time we watched 3 tables who came in after us, receive their food before us and when we asked for an update on where the food was, the waitress told us she would go and check and never came back. Finally the food arrived and there was no apology for the wait or that a side dish was incorrect and that we had asked for condiments 3 times and not received them. I spoke to the manager afterwards and told him purely the facts of what we had experienced, he was understanding but we just felt that he was saying whatever he needed to say to get rid of us. He blamed the chefs in the kitchen for being irate that day and not communicating with the waiting on staff, meaning we did not receive any communication. As far as I’m concerned the customer should not be aware of any issue between waiting on staff and kitchen staff. Overall very disappointed as I had brought friends from out of town, highly recommended the establishment as we knew we could sit outside with them and by the end I left feeling embarrassed. The lack of effort to rectify the situation (no food or drink taken off the bill to rectify the service we had not received) has meant we won’t be returning in the foreseeable future. A real shame.

We haven't been to Telford's Warehouse in a while but last time we were here, the ales, wine and food were pretty good! Maybe we'll pop in next time we're over at Chester basin again our canal boat...worth a visit though...
