My iPhone 7 battery needed replacing so I took it to Planet Info and paid 49 for them to supply and fit a new battery. The next day I noticed there was a bright white spot on the screen. I googled this and it seems it’s caused by a silver box being replaced incorrectly during the battery change. I phoned the shop and they said to go back to them. I took it back that afternoon, a 90km round trip. They saw the problem and said it would be ready in an hour. When I returned they said it had only 3 screws inside rather than 4 and that was causing the problem. The white light had not been there before the battery change so why now? I bought the phone new and it has never been opened before. Why couldn’t they add a screw if they believed that to be the problem? It seems they don’t have any Apple screws even though they do Apple repairs. The problem was obviously caused by something done incorrectly during the battery change. Did they lose the screw or was that the real problem anyway? Their attitude was that it is my problem, they just shrugged their shoulders and said there was nothing they could do even though they caused the problem. What an attitude, what awful customer service.

60 euros pour me recuperer des données d'un disque dur et les mettre sur une clé usb , c'est un peu abusé! Un pote me l'as fait et cela lui as pris 10 min ! et il manquait des fichiers en plus . a éviter .
