I'm new to gym and with lot of hesitations, I have joined here. But its really worth for a money. Very positive environment to spend time. I got interest to hit it daily and it's because of Nirosha's motivation. She is very friendly and during flooring exercises, she makes sure to stand behind me until I finish my counts fully️ completely satisfied. Attended one yoga session which was so good. Very good place especially for freshers like me

Experiencing very friendly trainers with all knowledge. Environment is very pleasing and equipments are too good in condition. Once again the trainers are really good and they concentrate on each and every individual and help them to reduce their weight in said time. Overall i could suggest this gym for every women and i would rate 5 on 5.
