Saw Ubico men blowing leaves onto parked cars and laughing about it - it's this sort of thing which damages relations between the public and people carrying out council services. There was no need to do it when there was plenty of space around the vehicles.

Awful. Lies about refuse collection (apparently it was my fault for my bin not being out...It was out and has been out for 7days now) just because they can't be bothered to come back until they're due back and get the bin they missed! Lazy!
worst please for working no health and safety not care for workers push them to work on bad whether treating them like a second hand people
