Just had my ears cleared using micro suction wax removal, by Andrew. He very kindly came to my house as I’ve just had a knee operation and so am currently unable to attend the clinic. The procedure was painless and very quick and Andrew was really informative about what he would be doing throughout. He was really polite, kind and professional, which totally put me at ease. I would definitely recommend this service and Andrew and his team.

Had problems with my hearing getting worse over last 3 months. Doctors aren't doing syringing anymore, told me they do it at John weygang opticians. Contacted local one and got telephone number of the guy who does it. Rang and got in a week later at the main shop in Cheltenham. Was shown inside my ears, I had syringing not vacuum suction as the wax was deep down covering my eardrum, which would have been damaged.

A professional service that was really helpful as it turned out my ear pain was actually a canal infection the doctor had misdiagnosed as middle ear, so I went to another doctor and got it sorted, thanks for the inspection!
