Ben visited us on both 4.11.20 and 9.12.20 and was polite, professional, astute and efficient in all he did on these dates. We required a revisit and he explained what we needed to do. Andy came for our revisit on 15.12.20 and was also polite, professional, astute, efficient and tenacious in his identifying and evaluating the scenario presented to resolve it to our 100% satisfaction advising also that we should monitor how our hot tub performs over the next few days before the matter is closed. What more can I say, both Andy and Ben are a credit to your company and that is the main reason why we continue to use yourselves, knowing that we will not be disappointed. Each time i have had occasion to call, I spoke to a young lady (Lauren?) and she has been extremely polite and efficient in arranging our visits and first point of contact is always the most important in reflecting how a company ‘feels’. Thank you so very much for all you do for us with such passion to leave us happy.

Our hot tub was subjected to a thorough service and the top replaced after 6 years of use. The new colour now matches the top of the wall and the vertical surface of the step treads! The tub is now working better than ever, our thanks to Andy

Excellent service last week from Jon at Hot Tub Assist. Our Endless Pool looks like new and Jon went over and above the brief to help me understand how best to look after it. Anyone with a hot tub or swim spa would be wise to avail of this service as it will add years to the equipment's life. Jon was professional and friendly and worked ceaselessly for hours on a wet miserable day. Thank you.

I have used this company for the last few years and paid them a lot of money. They have replaced several parts and I still have the same problem. Now they want to charge me 900 to replace the main PCB Board. The part to buy online is only 265 and I have had a quote from elsewhere to supply and fit it for 425. When questioned about the charge they basically said we can charge what we want. Avoid them at all costs.
