This company was booked via our insurance company to look at, and hopefully fix, our washing machine. No time was given for the engineer to visit. When emailed at lunchtime we were given a two hour slot. No show. Emailed again, told someone would contact. They didn't. I understand that sometimes calls take longer than expected, but it is just courteous and professional to keep customers informed.

Confirmed booking Tues, booked day of work.. no one came. I had to call to chase, unbeknown to me they had move to Thurs. Booked another day of work. Again no one came, was told Martin would arrive be 6 ... No one.. zero communication and down two days earning..
