Not really what I expected from a Signature location. I have experience with the Scottsdale, Indianapolis, and Cali locations, and they are all quite spacious and they go out of their way to provide top notch service for ALL arriving aircraft— not just the high dollar corporate jets. I had a three hour layover here and asked to borrow a crew car to grab something to eat and was told they were all reserved for incoming crews, whom I never saw arrive during the three hours I spent there. The lobby was very small, and they didn’t have clearly marked restrooms... just an ambiguous door marked “employees only” which lead to a dirty single toilet bathroom. The pilot lounge was alright, but I’ve honestly seen better from publicly owned FBOs at municipal airports that don’t charge a dime to park on the ramp. All and all, it was nice to have somewhere to sit while on the ground for a bit, but if you have the option to land and park elsewhere— take it. It’s not worth the money for the lackluster service and tiny lounge.

Such a clean and friendly place to fly in and out of!!!!! The staff was so nice and gave some good flying advice!!!! Definitely would fly out of here again!

Both morning and evening staff members have no real interest in serving to customers. No marshals available for a company of 3 airplanes. “Shuttle Driver’s not around”. I’ve been to several Signature FBOs around the country — this is by far the worst of them.
