I took my dog Luna here for the first time on the 16th September. The staff were really friendly and instantly put me at ease, as I was a little apprehensive leaving my girl with absolute strangers. They messaged me as soon as she was ready to be collected and when I arrived to pick Luna up she was really relaxed, and happy Luna looked and smelled amazing, to be honest I couldn't stopping hugging her just to smell her coat when we got home. We will definitely be returning for Luna to be pampered again soon.

The staff are very welcoming and helpful. A dog I am looking after went fro a de-shed and they were amazing with him. He came back smelling amazing and so much cleaner than I was ever able to get him!

This was the first groom for our very much loved cockapoo pandora, the girls did an amazing job pandora looked and smelt out of this world, such kind caring set of staff, pandora was so calm and very relaxed when we picked her up, booked again in 5weeks ️

My dog was ill and I needed to get her to the vets. I rang this company and spoke to Gareth, who was very professional, caring, passionate and understanding. He arrived on time and treated my dog with the upmost respect. He handled her with care and got her to he vets. He stayed with us until sasha had been seen. Unfortunately my girl was very ill and she never came home. I was and still am heartbroken. I cannot thank Gareth enough for the care and compassion he showed my girl and myself. I will always speak highly of Gareth and this company and will always recommend them.
