Had them install a complete a system in 2014 and they did an outstanding job and the 4 technicians were very professional. I called them again to check a problem with my system almost 7 years to the date of the original installation and they came out and found one issue was covered by warranty and gave me a fair price on the whole repair! Again, the technician was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this company for worry free customer service.

The technician was great. He came immediately. He found nothing wrong with my system He stated that its not heating could be attributed to parts not being dusted/cleaned during my routine maintenance, which was done in Oct. This doesn’t make me happy as I had to pay emergency rates for this visit. I was also informed that the maintenance agreement cost would be going up AGAIN! Unacceptable! Customers who have been with the company for a long time and/or senior citizens should be grandfathered in. This company is becoming money grubbing—disappointing.

Service and technician were great! Service was complete and invoice paid in full. The day after the company tried to come back and get additional money for coming out but failed to mention the fee prior to service scheduling and failed to mention while the technician was at our home. I would not refer this company to anyone else and there are other local companies out there that will be better to work with.
