I have had my eastern jungle gym fantasy tree house playset for 4 years. We had 80 miles wind/storm that came through that picked up the playhouse and threw it. It was the same storm that went through Branson, MO (duck boat tragedy). It was anchored into the ground and buried in the ground on the other side. I didn't know if it was worth it to salvage it. Mark Honigsberg from customer service was able to help us identify the parts and pieces to re-build and ship the new parts to us. This swingset is built to last and re-build if needed. Great company to deal with and great customer service provided.
My experience with customer service at Easter Jungle Gym has been excellent. I sent an inquiry to the main customer service email address and promptly heard back from Mark R., who reviewed what I wanted to accomplish, gave me some helpful feedback for a DIY project, and made sure I had the correct list of products to order. Clearly quality service to go along with a quality product.
