I contacted Andy beforehand, to have my aging mum go to get a battery replaced in her IPhone 6. (as I can't be there to help out). Andy was professional, courteous, and even sent me a facebook message after the phone was fixed, reassuring me that the job was done, and gave me feedback on why the original battery failed. I'll be sending mum to Andy and team for all electronics issues she has from now on!

Booked appt to mend my iPhone I had given them the wrong model but although it should have been more expensive to mend he did it for original quote in just one hour. Wonderful service .
