The meeting involve silent meditation, but I am inspired by it also being a place of open discussion to the troubles of our day. They openly support eachother to just be with our feelings about our lives and our world. They are open and look for practical solutions. I gave it a 4 not 5 as, doing this along side the idea of a higher being is not for everyone.
