Not sure why the negative reviews as I've always had good service in here. Staff willing to help me find things, and till service has been quick even when large queues. There is always a decent selection of books, toys and odds in here - which makes it a very dangerous place to visit especially with my daughter. Luckily the prices are very reasonable on most items, and even cheaper on the rest so my bank manager doesn't mind my visits too much!
