Care givers are doing g a good job. However while on the campus found numerous smoking violations. Security rides 2 deep and say nothing. As a cancer survivor i find this disappointing :(

I found the care that my sister received was something you would see in a third world country the way they treated her we dropped her off in the morning and they would release in no better shape then when we dropped her off no communication with the family to ask what we were observing some very arrogant people a woman called Vicky in the emergency room another one called Pam Joy. But they did get her out before the 24 hour. Was up so they didn't get a bad mark from Medicaid and Medicare I would never want my worst enemy to go into that hospital you take your life in your hands it was Mercy Medical Center in Canton Ohio.This treatment has gone on 10-3-2020 till 1-18-2021 before they realize that they don't have enough knowledge in that hospital to do anything for her and sent her up to Cleveland Clinic

Love the culture of this hospital and everyone is so nice. I recently had my daughter delivered here and the care was above and beyond. I would choose to get my care here in a heartbeat

HORRIBLE! From the absolute start of my boyfriend being brought in due to passing out and stopping breathing. He was brought in by ambulance after I called 911 and they took him to the ER and the room was absolutely FILTHY! I'll be emailing as well including the pictures we took. There were bloody tourniquets on the floor, my boyfriends sister even picked up some of the blood spotted padding thinking it was from him, dirty laundry from previous patients, no pillow on the bed. There were open rooms too so the choice to put him in a dirty, unkept room was the negligence of the staff. The was blood spatter (which I have pictures of) on the counter tops which did not come from him. The male nurse he first saw was very disrespectful to him. I was sitting back there with him once I could go see him and the nurse was getting rude because he couldn't understand him because his jaw was clenched from the suspected seizure. He was complaining it was taking longer than normal because of it. The nurse proceeded to give personal information to someone that was unauthorized to receive it, which you should know is a HIPPA violation. I work in healthcare as well. I was with him and was the one to call 911, I know a seizure when I see one and that wasn't it. From my perspective as well as two others, it looked as though he suffered a minor stroke. ABSOLUTELY NO tests were done to check that theory or check into his chest pain or facial/left arm numbness. The doctor was extremely unprofessional and rude from the start. He automatically assumed he was on drugs because that's the basis the questions were around. I will not stand for this type of treatment, nobody should. Myself as well as his aunt asked questions and gave our thoughts to what happened and met with nothing but attitude an being brushed off. I will never come back to this \hospital\ nor bring my family here. I'll be sure to send the pictures in to an administrator also.
