Amazing website, great service, genuine party supplies, prices can’t be beaten, trust me I looked. Only found by chance, looking for Dear Zoo bubbles, ended up buying everything Dear Zoo branded, for my sons lockdown Birthday (wanted to make it extra special as nobody could attend). Was concerned we’d not receive the items on time but after calling and speaking to the helpful lady, she assured me everything was in stock and would despatch as soon as possible. Not only that I’d forgotten to add some items so did a separate order literally minutes later, but as the second order was under 20 I got charged delivery, however when I spoke to the lady she said she’d waive the delivery charge on the new order, I said it’s fine, she then very kindly added some extras for me (really appreciate it, she even kept to the Dear Zoo theme). Can not thank the lady enough, truly made the Birthday special as I wouldn’t have been able to afford it otherwise.

Wonderful service! I have used the company on several occasions and have received excellent service each and every time. I am always popping into the shop to purchase great quality items i need for birthdays, baby showers etc. Definately recommend them, lovely people to deal with.
