Service department is a joke, they charge you for all kinds of parts you didn’t need. Went in for an oil change and they call me and say my master brake cylinders out , couple grand. I had no problem with my brakes when I took it there for an oil change These guys don’t know what they’re doing they’re just taking your money so he can build a castle behind Dierbergs. Never go here! If you have to go to Ford go to Lebanon

Zero stars. My experience with this dealership has been awful. They \forgot\ about my 3000 down payment. Ok update the paperwork and resend it. Problem solved right? Wrong. It's been 30 days. My dealer tags are expired and I still dont have the title. Only one guy, Charles, has all the answers and is never in his office. Numerous unanswered voicemails leading up to this. When I finally got to talk to him he could not promise the title was even in the mail with the new paperwork. Can not provide a tracking number for the FedEx they sent. I dont want apologies I dont want to hear \I am actively working on this right now\ How long does it take to find a tracking number for a vehicle title? Get your stuff together Sakelaris. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Update: No new paperwork. No title. After telling the General manager Lance I'm contacting the DOR investigator and filing a fraud report, I got some answers! Go figure. They never had a title. The previous owner traded it in without one, lost it and \titling in KC is way behind due to covid.\ Now they are offering to pay the first payment and give us a second car until this is resolved. ONLY IF I TAKE DOWN THIS REVIEW. Sorry but I'd rather every future customer know about my experience with Suckalaris.

We had a great experience with Sakelaris. Shane Jackson took great care of us and went absolutely above and beyond to make us comfortable in the lobby and in our new ride. We highly recommend you request him as your new ride specialist! Edited 6/27/20 We bought our truck before they could detail it so we brought it in today. The whole staff is very friendly, and it's a very relaxed atmosphere, but off to the side you see Shane running all over the place making things happen. We highly recommend you look for this guy to work for the hard earned money you are investing.
