Nic acted for us on the sale of our old house and the purchase of our new home. Unfortuntaly this was more complicated than it needed to be, but Nic and his team were excellent in keeping us informed of the progress and providing sound advice for us to base our decisions on. I couldnt recomend Nic and Woodfines more. Hopefully I wont be moving again anytime soon, but if we did we would ask Nic for his services once again.
