After some initial hic-ups George Buxton has been a pleasure to deal with. Very helpful and understanding and worked hard to rectify our situation. We feel confident in the Team at Cambridge and will be happy to use them again.
Bought a Fiat 500S last October and all seemed great to begin with. However from the point of getting the car till now I’ve had nothing but problems with my car. On top of that I’ve had no help or support from the people at Glyn Hopkin to resolve my problems and get fobbed off and told someone from the service team will call me and I’m still waiting. As I said everything seemed great to begin with but as I’ve had this car less then a year and have had nothing but problems I will not be purchasing from here again.
The only reason for the 4* rating is that the paperwork experience fell short. Part of this, of course, is due to the pandemic. Once paperwork was fixed, the experience of buying the car was brilliant!
