My mother and I needed a few bits and pieces done to our bikes, the very helpful team at cycle king went above and beyond. James, Aaron and Craig thank you! They listened to what we needed and found a solution to all of the issues we explained. The bikes were checked over and adapted to meet our needs and we left feeling very happy with the results and the professional and friendly manner in which we were treated throughout. Cycle King is the place to go, and i would highly recommend it!

I will faithfully write down my whole experience at this place. It was like a roller-coaster but it ended up well I guess. One of my friends recommends Cycle King for me so even though it's about 3 miles away from my place, I still went all the way across the town and chose to buy a second-hand bike here. I chose my bike in the shop on Saturday and came to pick it up on Sunday, then started using it the very next Monday but the bike kind of broke down midway the first day (the chain has some problem when switching the left gear), I had to spend about 20mins to push my bike to the shop and got it fixed. They were very responsive and got it repaired in 10mins, and I went back home. Just when I crossed Parker's Piece, it broke down yet again when I switched the left gear and it happened to rain at the same time. My takeaway food bag got wet and broken and my lunch fell on the ground when I tried to repair it in the rain. I gave up and got it back home for another 20mins. It was my worst day in 2020. Last weekend my friend drove me to the shop to get it fixed again but before that we had to take off both wheels to fit inside the car. It took a while. Today I speed-walked for another 40mins from my place to the shop to pick it up again. It was my fifth time there and I was warmly welcomed by Ben (he has always been the one at the counter this whole time) and he offered my bike with a brand new gear/chain system, wheels, along with other parts. It's practically a new one. They did 5 test rides to make sure it is aright this time. I'd say that at first the bike itself is not ideal per se but the people there, especially Ben, are always very responsive and I like their attitude when it comes to problem-solving.

Cycle King are just amazing! Top notch service! What a wonderful shop! I’ve been to this branch many times and the staff have gone above and beyond to help me. I’m always greeted with a warm smile, I never wait to long for assistance and I’m always happy when I leave! James was the last Bike Angel to help me yesterday and he was great! I recommend all my friends and family to use the cycle king services! They are fantastic! Thanks Bike Angels
