Very happy man who served us. Wonderful atmosphere while he entertained us with his singing and rapping skills, which made everyone laugh. When he made too much of a milkshake, he offered the rest of the milkshake as a free milkshake to one of my friends. Excellent place.

I have visited this place a few times before the lockdown and both the setting and the staff are really nice! I couple of nights ago I ordered a bubble waffle and two peach bubble tea. They immediately called me back to ask if the mango was fine as they ran out of the peach. It was quite late at night so I accepted the apologies and said to blame it on my cravings! The next day I received a phone call to ask me if everything was fine and thank me for the order. Plus, they offered me a free drink on my next order! Very good products quality and signs of an excellent customer care. Recommended for both these aspects!

I visited this awesome establishment with my teenage son, my 10 and 7 year old. They all loved the bubble waffles with fresh strawberries and Oreos. They even had vegan ice cream. We had spend the day site seeing in Cambridge and this was a welcomed treat. It’s a little gem well worth visiting.
