What can I say about such pleasant and clean place? The staff is friendly, the food is very tasty - mind blowing! Good portions, fair price. Comfort food. I’m in love with this place and the way the restaurant is maintained!

Easily one of my favourite restaurants in the Boston area. Amazing food, great portions for a good price, and even if you stuff yourself full of food, you don't get the stone-stomach because the food is light. Their mixed platter is amazing; pair that with some honey wine and some Eritrean coffee, and your evening is a happy one. Waitress is always very welcoming and friendly and always good for a laugh. Great place; if you don't go, you're a fool.

Such a great spot for delicious authentic Eritrean cuisine. Go there often and the food and service never disappoint. Highly recommend this restaurant.

I went to this place because the other Ethiopian restaurant i used to go to wasn’t that great anymore. (Blue Nile restaurant) I was so satisfied with my experience at Asmara. -The food was so flavorful!!! -Everything on the menu was available. -Amazing options for both Vegan and meat dishes. -The server was incredibly sweet. Definitely one of the best spots for Eri/Ethio food.

Food was delicious. Generous portions, great pricing, outstanding service, and fast preparation. We got the combination meat platter which. Definitely recommend if you haven't been here before. Will definitely be coming back.

One of my favorite restaurants in Boston. The food is so down to earth and delicious, and the staff is extremely kind and caring of the work they do. Highly recommend the Begeeh Mloukhiya but I've loved all the dishes I've tried here.

I loved the food. It was flavorful and very african in culture. I love the scenery of objects, and art of Africa. And the selection of foods and drinks. It's very natural with fantastic bread you use as spoons for the meal, everything is fresh and I enjoy the seating/tables. 10/10 would recommend.

Wonderful food with lots of flavor. The veggie and meat combo plates are a good option for sampling lots of everything, although neither comes with the jumbo shrimp (which I recommend as well!). Dining is family-style, so it's a great place to go with close friends and family. For take-out, packaging can be a little messy, but personally don't mind the different sauces running together... just be aware if you're on a bike that you need to be able to keep the packaging horizontal. Decor is low-key. I've only ever seen one waitress, but she's surprisingly efficient and calm even when there are lots of customers.
