I went to Steak Escape on Friday. I called out my order 4 TIMES after waiting in line an hour. Only for the lady to still have my order wrong. I have this issue literally everytime I come, along with so many others (according to their ratings/reviews on Facebook) and I never say anything, but that day I just wanted a refund. The manager stated that it was MY fault that the order was wrong (at this point, I am outdone) and that I only have 2 options: store credit or make it over. I stated that I would like my money and I left the food with her. However, I was still denied a refund. There are NO signs saying she do NOT give refunds (I have pictures of the building). I called Byram PD and they stated I would have to take it to court, so I will be filing charges against this location due to this being a civil matter. Steak Escape has been my go-to since childhood and I have never been treated so wrongly. This store needs MUCH training or change of employer, because this location will not be open much longer with the way they are handling business.

There food is amazing. Seriously! I havent eaten at one in many years until the other day and it was totally worth it and may just be my new favorite place in town. It is a welcomed addition to Byram.
It was hot and fresh!! So happy because it is quite pricey.
Highly recommend this location. Prompt service and greeted upon entry. This was my first visit and I truly enjoyed. My order was repeated back to me and my food was delicious. The restaurant was clean and the staff was very friendly. I will definitely return to be a repeat customer.
THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! AN ABSOLUTE EMBARRASSMENT TO THE STEAK ESCAPE FRANCHISE!!!
