If you are into geology then this will be of interest. It was a nice visit but is mainly full of stalactites and stalagmites. Some interesting stories about how the cavern was discovered and cleared. Worth a visit and the children in our tour group seemed to like it. Wanted to give it 3.5 but not sure you can on Google.

We took our two children aged 4 and 10 and they both really enjoyed the cave. Our guide was friendly and gave us lots of fun information. The tour lasts just under 1 hour and it’s very easy underfoot not lots of steps or uneven surfaces. We would recommend a trip to the cavern with your family.

Such a great experience when in the Peak District. Very impressive cavern, really engaging tour guide (kept my 7yo very interested!), And easy to access with flat surfaces and only a few steps. Worth walking the country park too, great views at the top from the temple. The kids managed it fine too.

A wonderful place to visit with fascinating facts and stories from the local and knowledgeable guide, a friendly and helpful person. Well worth a visit, but book online to avoid disappointment. You will be amazed ay the views, the sights are pure Bostin.

Very interesting place to visit (Poole's Cavern) and discover what happens underground. Very friendly staff members, who will teach new things in a fun way and not rush you. Highly recommend going. Buxton Country Park is a joyful walk in the woods up to Solomon's Temple and get a great view of the Peak District.
