Very small and doesn't smell very good. Friendly staff at reception made me feel welcomed though. Good gym if you just want to do basics and doesn't bother too much about smell and the look of it.

I feel comfortable in this gym. Not the biggest but gets the job done. Most of the staff helpful. Occasionally the music is a little loud you can't hear your ipod!

Very good small gym located in a wing of Forest Heath District Council Offices in Mildenhall. The staff are very helpful and the equipment is in good order. It's great for me that they open at 0600 am
