Worst ever surgery that I have encountered so far. Staff would put there phones busy and show if they are delivering excellent patient care. However, the truth is on the contrary. Cancelled my little one' s vaccination appointment with out any reason, that also with me confirming with them by going to the surgery three days before the appointment. Always crying about COVID. Trust me I have worked every single day in COVID ward since day one of the pandemic. Thank you very much for ruining NHS motto of excellent patient care. You have miserably failed and disappointed . Deserve slippers rather than stars, sadly cannot post this without it.

I have been calling since last week trying to get an appointment for my mother. I am holding on the telephone and trying to get through since 8 am. I've done this repeatedly since last week. Its frustrating as I work full time and rushing for work trying to call Gordan St surgery only to thrn get told there are no appointments call back tomorrow. The only reason I am giving two stars is because the receptionist are lovely and always very polite. I just don't understand how they can continue to get worse. Alot of the appointments are be done over the telephone which I am sure should leave a tad more time for appointments. Its just shocking how bad this surgery has got. I just feel so sorry for the elderly who have no one to help them out and they have to keep calling only to be told call back tomorrow at 8 only to be told the same again.
This surgery is just awful it is not worthy of 1 star! The receptionist never answer the phone and when they do aventually pick up they never have available appointments! Iv been ringing everyday for the past 2 weeks and stil have not been able to get an appointment just shocking how this place works!
WORST SURGERY EVER. ITS REALLY NOT EVEN FUNNY. IVE BEEN IN SO MUCH OF PAIN. TOOK ME 45 MINUTES TO GET THROUGH TO THEM. I WAS TOLD THAT THE NURSE PRACTITIONER IS GOING TO CALL ME. I HAVE WAITED ALL DAY. AT 5:30 I CALLED AND SAY THAT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CALL AND STILL NEVER GIT A RESPONSE. NO APOLOGY WAS GIVEN. AND OH YA , SPOKEN THE THE RECEPTIONIST AND APPARENTLY SHE LIED TO SAY SHE HAD CALLED ME. UPSET IS NOT EVEN THE WORD!!!!!! OVERALL THE WORST SURGERY EVER.
Absolutely useless,Rings & end up in que for 30 to 40 mins get to position 1 & gets cut off,rings again to be in que 6 .Cant believe youve got to be dying or dead to get appointment
