Bad company practices on returning products. Unwilling to demonstrate basic goodwill and refund products that don't do as advertised, with a fairly stuck up attitude to boot. I will avoid SuperDrug from now on. Some horrible staff as well. Overheard one of them making fun of me to the manager. Clearly some of their staff are in the wrong job. The main lady behind the counter was polite enough and did her best to help. The manager was polite enough, but again, unwilling to demonstrate a gesture of goodwill and refund the cost of the products which don't do as they say on the tin.

Firstly I only gave 1 star to be able to actually do this review...... My granddaughter has been getting her brows tinted at the Burnley Superdrug store regularly for at least 12mths, she is almost 16yrs but needs an adult in attendance to give consent, the policy apparently and isn’t a problem normally. Today however I took her in as usual to be told they do not do brow or lash tints on anyone at all under 16 yrs with or without an adult in attendance! This is obviously a new policy and applied only recently as I last took her during Christmas. There is no notice or information available about this sudden change, as I’ve been in myself a few times to shop during the last weeks. So, today was just a complete waste of time and parking fee...... When we arrived home and I rang the beauticians above my hairdressers up, explained the situation and enquired about getting them done there and there was no problem booking her in at all. So I don’t understand why Superdrug have suddenly decided they won’t do anyone under 16 but not told anyone.....

Staff are only polite when they want to be. Didn’t even get looked at whilst I was being served. It’s incredibly rude when you’re at the till and the member of staff is too busy laughing and joking on the headset she’s wearing

Very friendly staff, always happy to help. Has a great selection of various make up, hair products ect.
