In 2002 Scott partnered with two key persons, Dave Christie and Dennis Nixon. Crossroads Refrigeration specializes in the installation, service and maintenance of cold storage facilities and supermarkets. We have a good working relationship with all the equipment manufacturers allowing us the flexibility to install or service or supply whichever equipment the customer chooses. Crossroads Refrigeration operates from our own 10,000 square foot building in Burlington. All our technicians are certified, fully trained and hold all relevant licences and certificates. We work very hard at being available to both our customers and employees, this has translated to a very low employee turnover. Several of are staff have been with us since inception. We are a major supplier of services to many of the food retailers across Ontario. Working with such a diverse customer base has given us the experience to stay current with all the different models and versions of electronic controllers and technologies.
